Choose two out of the five workouts below:
Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga poses, pilates, and dance with the use of a hammock.
Reformer tones your muscle more than a mat class as there is increased resistance from the Reformer machine.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a training technique where you will be expected to give your all-out through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short less intensive recovery periods.
Barre is a mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music.
Aroma Stretch with Singing Bowl Therapy is a session of yoga stretches and a meditation state or healing state to improve body health by reducing stress and induce a more calm state through the sounds by the Tibetan singing bowls.
Finally, end off your session with the Singing Bowl Meditation. |
