Insurance Risk and Finance Research Conference 2014

With Asia experiencing rapid growth and changing dynamics, the insurance industry will be faced with significant increases in demand and capital requirements. The fast pace of change, and the growing complexity and interconnectedness of financial and economic systems, make it vital for critical understanding of risk to increase in support of the economic stability of the region. This conference tackles the important area of insurance and related risk with a major focus on the Asia Pacific region and presents an opportunity for dialogue with leading experts.

Our first IRFRC conference was held in 2012. The second IRFRC conference was held in June 2013. Annual conferences are held on the last Thursday of every June.

Organiser

The Insurance Risk and Finance Research Centre (IRFRC) is a non-profit organization at Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, focused on insurance and insurance-related risk research specific to the Asia Pacific region. Its aim is to increase critical understanding and facilitate dialogue on risk to support stable economic growth of the region.
