Terms and Conditions:
Application Fee: To secure a seat in the Chartered Valuer and Appraiser programme, Nanyang Business School requires a non-refundable application fee of S$321 (Inclusive of GST) paid through our credit card payment system upon the submission of this application.
Payment: Full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice prior to the programme start date. The invoice will contain specific payment instructions. Nanyang Business School accepts payment by cheque and bank wire transfer.

All requests for cancellation, postponement of participation and substitution must be submitted in writing to, subject to the following refund policy.

≥ 45 days or more before course start date: 100% refund of programme fee (less application fee which is non-refundable)
15 days to 44 days before course start date : 50% of the programme fee (less application fee which is non-refundable)
≤ 14 days before course start date : No refund of the programme fee and application fee

Should a participant reschedule to a later class that has a new expanded curriculum and fee structure, the new fee shall apply and participant will have to top up the difference.

Nanyang Business School reserves the right to change the programme, venue, date, fee and faculty. If a programme is cancelled, Nanyang Business School will refund the programme tuition in full but is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by the participant.
Programme Fee: NTU reserves the right to collect the full programme fee from the participant in the event NTU is not able to get the full reimbursement from the funding agency, and regardless of whatever reason causing the failure of obtaining such reimbursement.

    e) To submit the data to NTU offices/schools/departments/centre or external organisations who are hosting the visits for their information and/or to seek security clearance to enter their premises.
    f) To arrange accommodation for participants (if applicable).
    g) To apply for student pass, student card, internet access, insurance coverage and access to NTU facilities (if applicable).
    h) To issue Letter of Invitation, certificate to participants and any other required documents (if applicable).
    i) To submit the data to NTU Alumni Affairs Office if the participants are accorded NTU Associate Alumni status.
    j) To understand and study the profile of the participants for NTU’s policy making and planning.
    k) To generate publicity materials for our courses, events and programmes;
    l) Contact you by email, post, voice call, text(SMS/MMS) or fax;
    m) Send you marketing/promotional material in the future by email or post about related courses/programs/events;
    n) During the course of your participation or attendance at events, functions or programme organised or held by NTU, photograph(s) or video image(s) of you may be taken or recorded for news and publicity purposes relating to the legitimate interests of NTU. By participating in or attending the same, you agree for NTU to collect, use, reproduce, publish, adapt, apply or otherwise deal with the same in any medium and format (whether in their present, adapted or modified form) for the said purposes; and
    o) Any other purpose reasonably related to the aforesaid.

  4. We may need to disclose your personal data to third parties, whether located within or outside Singapore, for one or more of the above Purposes, as such third parties, would be processing your Personal Data for one or more of the above Purposes.
