Singapore is an exciting cosmopolitan city full of cultural and culinary diversity. As an exchange student to Nanyang Business School I had the incredible opportunity to become immersed in this unique environment while deepening my understanding of Asia's business hub and also broadening my experiences in diverse and engaging cultures.

My time spent in the Nanyang MBA allowed me to quickly build close working relationships with my friendly, intelligent and motivated colleagues. I was quickly integrated into teams for group projects and immediately began to feel a sense of belonging in the program. Lecturers also instantly accepted me into their classrooms and integrated me into their teaching. Coursework was mainly case-based and required active participation.

Aside from the academic experience, my time at Nanyang allowed me to explore much of Asia. Using Singapore as a springboard I visited Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. While in Singapore I was also able to explore the many attractions the city has to offer. Recommended are the Singapore Zoo, the Singapore Flyer and the Gardens by the Bay. I would also recommend getting out to eat where the locals do, trying dishes from across the continent as well as many unique and delicious local creations.
