Unconscious bias happens automatically and is triggered by our brain making quick decisions and assessments of people and situations. It is influenced by our background, cultural environment and personal experience, and prevalent in our everyday lives.

How can you be conscious of your unconscious bias? Would you know if you had it and how it has impacted you at workplace during people and business decisions?

Join the NBS Women Series for an interactive dialogue with our alumni and guest speakers as they share their insights and stories. At the end of the session, we hope you are able to

  • Be more aware of what is unconscious bias and what can trigger it
  • Understand how it can influence workplace decisions and impact your own career development
  • Commit to taking action to mitigate the influence of unconscious bias

This is NOT a women only event. We welcome male participants to attend and exchange views.

Our diverse mix of panelists:

  1. Mr Colin Albert - Commercial Head, Roche Pharma APAC
  2. Ms Bianca Stringuini - Head of Diversity and Inclusion, Asia Pacific, JP Morgan Chase
  3. Ms Yong Zen Yun - Partner (Assurance), PwC
