Big Data at the heart of
Banking & Finance business model

Changing recruitment trends in banking and financial services
Big Data today occupies one's foremost attention. The value it has to offer to businesses is well known to many; however, to grasp the talent and resources needed to utilise it effectively is still at the nascent stage.

Join us for an informative session as to how Big Data is transforming the banking and finance industry, an exclusive event organised by NTU NBS Alumni Association in partnership with Randstad Singapore and PwC Singapore.

Ms Lim Chai Leng, Banking and Financial Services Director of Randstad will cover a wide range of topics, from new skill set needed to data governance in an era of Big Data. Also, Mr Jack Lim, Chief Partnership Officer for ONE Championship will facilitate a panel with:

  • Ms Wong Wanyi, FinTech Partner of PwC Singapore. Having worked with startups, accelerators, venture capitalists to financial institutions and regulator, she will focus her sharing on the current trends and talent gaps in the area of digital transformation.
  • Assoc Prof Damien Joseph of Nanyang Business School. His teachings are focused on developing business analytic skills and advanced research methodology in students to prepare them for the digital and data-driven economy.

The evening will promise great networking opportunities with Randstad's consultants, invited corporate partners and fellow alumni.
